Availability and supply

All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a Product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop.

About our shipment

Timings-

Please, allow up to one week before shipping, prints are printed upon order.

• Items shipped within Spain usually get delivered within two-four days –Spain – 10€.
• Items shipped within Europe can take up to two weeks –Europe –  €20.
• Items shipped to the rest of the world can take up to three weeks –Everywhere else –  €30.

We not responsible for any delay that results from an incorrect address, holidays or by incidents beyond our control.

Shipping costs include packaging, distribution and shipping by courier or certified mail.

*Please note that any customs duties and taxes for overseas orders are the buyer’s responsibility to pay.

A signature is required on receipt of the package, so please make sure someone will be in to receive it.

Returns

Only when the purchased product presents a manufacturing defect, may be replaced by another unit in perfect condition.

These conditions are governed in accordance with Spanish law. Sandra Suy Serna and the user agree to submit any disputes that may arise in relation to the contracting of products or services subject to these General Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
